Jakarta, Indonesia — With fast growth of Indonesia gaming industry and increasing recognition of local creative talent, a new publisher name Yellow Hearts officially launched on April 29, 2026. Yellow Hearts is publisher focused on bringing indie games by Indonesian developers to global audiences and commercial markets worldwide.
Through the "Yellow Hearts Launch Day" event held at Garuda Spark Innovation Hub in Jakarta, Yellow Hearts position itself as bridge for Indonesian indie developer. Yellow Hearts want to help overcome key industry challenges, from limited funding and lack of marketing support to restricted access to global distribution.
While creative potential in Southeast Asia is undeniable, taking game from local development to global commercial success require resources that many indie studios still do not have access to.
Yellow Hearts want to be home for Indonesia most promising titles, combining local heart with global strategy to show the world what these creator are capable of.

Brian Chuang (Head of Publishing at Yellow Hearts) stated, "Indonesia has an incredible amount of creative talent. However, the journey to bring games to the global market is not always easy." He explain, "Yellow Hearts exist to be partner for developers—not just as publisher, but as collaborator who help them grow and reach players worldwide."
To kick off the journey, Yellow Hearts introduce their first two publishing partnership. Both are born from business matchmaking program at IGDX (Indonesia Game Developer Exchange) 2025 organized by Ministry of Communication and Digital.
These titles represent the beginning of Yellow Hearts’ publishing journey and its commitment to scaling Indonesian indie games globally.

TypeCaster (Developed by TBA Studio): Born from team selected for Apple Game Institute and Apple Developer Academy, TypeCaster bring unique twist to action genre. It is 2.5D action RPG that turns your typing speed into weapon, taking player on challenging journey through the Tower of Trials.

Irradiant Skies (Developed by Cuboids Interactive): This game is the winner of GameSeed 2025 organized by the Ministry of Creative Economy and the Indonesian Game Association. Irradiant Skies is an action roguelite with high replayability, delivering a dynamic gameplay experience.

The event also bring together various industry stakeholder, including developer, content creator, media, and government representative, in effort to strengthen more integrated and sustainable national gaming ecosystem.
"Indie game developers in Indonesia need the role of publishers to help map untapped potential in the global market. We hope Yellow Hearts’ presence can drive the growth of the creative economy, particularly in supporting local game developers," said Alfreno Kautsar Ramadhan, Special Staff to Ministry of Communication and Digital.

The Indonesian Game Association (AGI) also give strong support. AGI President Shafiq Husein say we have many developer with strong capability creating high-quality games, and Yellow Hearts can scale their reach.
